Saratoga Insurance owners Ralph and Greg CPAs know their stuff with taxes and insurance. I trust them, and I have for years. You can, too! I’ve been a customer going on almost 10 years, and the team has been nothing but excellent, responsive, and thorough. I never felt the need to leave a review until I saw someone foolishly give Saratoga 1 star for the policies of an insurance company (brokers don’t always make coverage decisions). There needs to be a separation between what the company does and how the broker executes it. 10/10 recommend Saratoga. Her name is Stephanie. She promptly responds to calls as well as, with a quick turn around of a policy. She also called to follow up on other questions I had besides car Insurance, also I explained agent I work all day she made sure I had the policy done without having to go back to her office. words cannot express how satisfied I am with her customer service, She had made my life so much easier.

Ralph and Greg are trusted, knowledgeable CPAs for tax and insurance, Starts and good agency with excellent customer service. One customer has called up the name of the exceptional services by Stephanie and Skippy, who was reviewed as an asset. But a lot of their teams are responsive and diligent, And it was commented that other clients will not encounter any concern in contacting them. Skippy and Stephanie are hard working to ensure that the policies are completed without any delay. One review has been disappointed, but generally, money people recommend Saratoga for insurance.
