unfortunately, I fell victim to S&S's scam. I was injured when rear-ended at a traffic light. Due to the accident, I suffered severe whip-lash and numerous bouts of vertigo, which required medical treatment and physical therapy. I initially contacted Morgan and Morgan, when I discovered that the other party had not either submitted a police report or informed their insurance provider of the accident. I was subsequently contacted and informed by S &S that they work for M&M and would be handling my case. Over a three year period numerous calls and emails went unanswered, and when finally responded to, I was always told that the lawyers were still reviewing my case. I eventually discovered that my case was settled for $11,000, when I received a letter from the insurance company of the other party. S&S subsequently sent me an email and attached document outlining that of the $11, 000 I would receive $5,400. I was also being required to pay a medical bill of $860, as well as for numerous telephone calls which were made to non-functioning medical offices (as the were temporarily closed due to the Covid 19 Pandemic). When I questioned the inadequate settlement and erroneous billing, I was responded to in a condescending manner and am yet to receive any payment
