All you need is your body and a ballet barre, together with a few props since we are committed to making you lose your arms' flabs. These bar-based classes are a highly effective workout. They ensure that all first-time visitors get a full-body workout. The new student giveaway and the welcoming instructors made my time at the Back Bay gym enjoyable and renewing. Coordination, muscle engagement, and music had me looking forward to my next visit. The workouts are cleaner and more structured than those at many other gyms, and the better instructors are more supportive and motivational.
