Baltimore County Youth Ballet

The Greater Pikesville Recreation Council is excited to offer a variety of dance classes and performance opportunities with the Baltimore County Youth Ballet at Sudbrook Magnet Middle School and Pikesville High School. We actively support our students, and this is why we invite you to help fund our various programs that are open to all students. Our goal is to make all dancing styles accessible to every child in the community, regardless of their social status or abilities. Baltimore County Youth Ballet has strived for more than three decades to prepare young dancers to become professionals and enrich them as they explore their art. Twenty-five to thirty highly talented dancers are accepted and learn from the strong, varied curriculum. Over time, the Centre has boosted dancers that have gone on to professional careers or won Maryland State Scholarships or college scholarships (Baltimore County Youth Ballet Incorporated, n.d.). Sudbrook Arts Centre is a place of academic strength, integrity, and achievement. The Centre's teachings are also a fantastic place for kids of all levels to learn and grow with a strong dance program.
