ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

MCPA offers professional dance training for children of all ages, from preschoolers to aspiring professionals. Ballet, pointe, and modern dance for students 2-1/2 and older. Beginner to pro-level classes for jazz and tap are offered. Free trial class anytime.  It all started at Susan Ina Dance Studio for Mrs. Torres, who began her dance education there. Mrs. Torres earned her B.F.A. from Towson University and the Baltimore School for the Arts. Mrs. Torres obtained her B.F.A. in dance. She also studied at the Joffrey Ballet and the Eglevsky Ballet during the summers. Her education included training with Sylvester Campbell and Stephanie Powell and Broadway choreographer Hinton Battle and Broadway star Sylvester Campbell. She danced on the BSO stage with Nureyev.
