About The Institute of Dance at Marygrove is a full-year dance metropolitan campus school. The Institute was founded to ensure that students from any age, ability, or background can benefit from high-quality, developmentally-appropriate dance programs. Led by Veronica WilliamsJakubus, Marnita Dickerson, and their team, the Institute of Dance at Marygrove works to achieve the following goals: IDM’s Impact Our purpose is to guide and develop diverse students in creativity and discipline, technical and performance skills, artistic participation and awareness, and a lifelong interest in the arts. The Institute of Dance at Marygrove’s Objective The Institute of Dance at Marygrove seeks to continue the long tradition of dance education in Marygrove. To achieve this, the Institute of Dance at Marygrove (formerly the Institute of Music & Dance - IMD) was founded to provide quality dance programming on the Marygrove Campus. Our goal is to become part of the Fitzgerald community for many years to come.
