Something customers confirmed was that John & Sons was a good place to buy used cars, with features and staff. One person had gone there for over twenty years and their stylist was still working there. Another person bought a car and returned for another, many family members’ for something new. However, the cars were not always perfect; one customer a car with a blown head gasket but did not mind because the dealer was kind enough to give them their money back even though it was a risky choice. Car dealerships have a terrible reputation when it comes to honesty, but John & Sons has proven me wrong.
