ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

Rebecca and Richard's founding story of Grateful Pets began in 2002. They worked together and found themselves watching Delilah, a golden retriever. In 2005, they started the business. Rebecca and Richard were not happy with the available pet boarding facilities. They felt that the animals at these places were left alone for the most part. They started the project because they wanted to ensure that the pet owners all over the country take good care of their animals. (Delilah is in the Grateful Pets logo and is named after the golden retriever that inspired the company). Rebecca studied at Petropolis Grooming Academy, Chesterfield in 2009. Rebecca completed the course and worked for Kennelwood Pet Resorts, as well as Pets in the City in Soulard. Pets in City got away from the Soulard neighborhood after Rebecca created a name for herself. Rebecca remembered the clients that didn't follow her to Grateful Pets. Every dog is unique. We always offer a free evaluation to anyone who enrolls in our training programs. Richard will chart the personalized and individual path that will lead to one's dog behaving correctly and the owner desiring. The free visit means that someone will not be required to spend on trying different methods, which will ensure that one saves their money. The dog daycare will involve leaving your dog with us daily for several days. Richard will teach the dog how to stay on command and also leash-walking. The dog will be taken to the daycare such that they can play around with other dogs and also socialize. Owners of the dogs will be taught how to follow and enforce the rules by Richard, who will meet them multiple times during the training. Playing with puppies and lots of mental stimulation will ensure a well-behaved dog while the owner is away at work.

SUMMARY   Reviews Summary

Customer reviews for Grateful Pets are extraordinarily favorable. The owners are well known for their patience, expertise, and caring staff. Richard and Rebecca are pointed out in several reviews. Richard, a trainer, is highly praised for his obedience techniques, which have helped animals form good habits. He interacts well with the pets and is empathetic. The facility is praised for being well-run. People frequently mention the enticing environments and engaging activities that keep pets engaged while also creating a lovely meeting room for animals. People felt happy and productive while working at Grateful Animals. Several customers indicated that they viewed the company as proactive. The animals usually went to the pet grooming for a spa day. At the end, I just want to say that the daycare is highly recommended for pet lovers as a safe and comfortable place for pets.
