She has over twenty years of experience managing large multidisciplinary teams to design technically challenging projects for visionary clients throughout the Northeast. Her work includes various types of buildings, including commercial, government, and healthcare facilities. This is a testament to her ability to build relationships with clients and communicate with many stakeholders. Amy also leads teams in solving the unique challenges each project presents. Amy actively supports architecture and the real estate industry. She is a member of both the New York Professional Women in Construction Board of Directors and the Professional Development Advisory Council. In addition, HOK's New York Studio has her direct involvement in diversity and staff engagement initiatives, such as mentoring, training, and program development. Amy also frequently participates in AIA events and those of the New York City Council of Industry Women.
