We've trained over 2,000 dogs in Greater St. Louis using humane, proven techniques. We don't use the same approach for every dog because they respond best to different teaching methods. We use various techniques and select the one that works best for the dog. As a training company, we utilize a wide range of methods, but positive reinforcement drives us. We favor motivational and rewards-based instruction. We feel dogs will react to verbal commands and correct their behavior if they are taught to do something we desire. Training is broad, including obedience, agility, and dock diving, and we do all of it!

The staff is generally affirmativenegative and puts all of the concerns raised to rest. My role is understood and I know my dogs are in good hands because of the professionalism of the employees involved from the starting to the end of the clinic. The service given by the front staff as one enters the location is very supportive and beneficial, making the waiting time seem insignificant. They have a lot of energy, which they use in conjunction with their professional qualifications. All clients have dogs that react differently to the clinic environment, and Borja is no exceptional, but the employees have shown their care and determination to cope with his conduct at times. The client comprehends that the staff are considerate of the individual requirements of their animals, and he sees the effort made to strengthen the bond between him and the dog.
