**BEWARE** Needed a small spot removed on inside of nose near eye. Although referral was sent, they told me it wasn't + do it again. Ends up they did have it. I waited for weeks and had to call them. The office is VERY disorganized – one hand does not seem to know what the other hand is doing.Had lengthy wait. Talked into buying a "kit" at additional cost. Ends up I didn't need any of it! Given Q-tips to clean wound --- they were loose (no protective covering; nurse not wearing gloves) - not sanitary, but suppose to use to them to clean my open wound!! The wound was stitched, but Clark sewed in a part of my eye skin which didn't allow me to shut my eye properly. When I returned to have my stitches removed, I waited over 1 hour (I had been forgotten). Not all of the stitches were removed, some still remained. I asked to speak with Clark about my eye problem. I waited for quite a while. When he arrived, he made a point of letting me know that I was interrupting his schedule. I explained my eye problem.... his response was that I should use eye drops!! And, to come back in 6 weeks and he would show me how to massage the scar. I would have to wait around for him to fit me in around his surgeries – could be lengthy. Scar tissue shrinks over time, so my eye problem has only worsen. It has been 6 months. The skin it pulled very tight and hurts. Due to the way he did the stitching, it now has impacted my eye sight as well. BEWARE.
