In 1993, PUPSI opened its 500 square feet Cary unit in which we trained dogs. Daycare was not available, and boarding was also not possible. Dogs in training were allowed to socialize to hold the crucial aspect of dog training. We still operate using this principle at PUPSI because people love the tired dogs. As we grew more popular, our clients followed. The clients asked us to offer grooming, boarding, and other services. PUPSI expanded and became what it is today.

PUPSI NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR PET IS INJURED WHILE IN THEIR CARE.
My pet was injured during boarding at Pupsi.. Vet bills will be $4000+. Trace let me know that Pupsi takes no responsibility for injuries to dogs in Pupsi's care for boarding or day care. If you plan to use Pupsi first get pet insurance and an attorney.
AVOID PUPSI IN CARY FOR BOARDING—I can’t find a vacation foster for my foster dog for 2 weeks in July so I went online to Pupsi to see what they had. They require a day of daycare before boarding so I completed that and paid for it and went online that night to request the 14 days of boarding and see how much that would cost. I wasn’t sure if taxes would be included or any other fees. As I went through the process, it took several screens before I found the final amount. Once I got to that final amount, I called the rescue to make sure that it was OK, but the amount was too much, and they said to use a different kennel. By then I closed the window without submitting my boarding request to get to the final page. That was Thursday night. Friday I got a boarding confirmation and replied to them asking them to please cancel it because I never submitted the request after seeing the amount. Pepsi has absolutely positively after multiple emails refused to refund my money. They are keeping $233. They say that I agreed on the very first screen that they could keep 1/3 of the total amount if I cancel, and they consider it canceling. They said that the reason they tell you to look at the rates on their main page is that the charger goes through without you seeing the final amount that they’re going to charge on your card. Just absolutely horrible. And the guy was rude on the email and they refused to call me even though I keep asking Trace to please call so we can discuss this. I will avoid them at all cost in the future, and they are just a bad business model.
