Alex and David's willingness to answer questions was particularly notable, with their vivid descriptions and thorough walkthrough. Their service was efficient, business-friendly, and provided excellent value for money. The clients found it easy to talk with Alex and David. David and Alex both gave clear explanations of existing and potential problems with the property. This helped the clients understand the impact of these issues and make informed decisions moving on. They did a fine job on the property inspection and were beneficial throughout. David and Alex kept the lines of communication open, getting back to the client quickly after the inspection. Hunter sent a reminder to the client the day before the inspection which was helpful to the buyer. This company will create a fair report and maybe provide the Pre-Drywall and walk-through the client wants to use. Moreover, the inspection report was communicated in an easy-to-understand format and made it easy for the clients to create and negotiate a repair addendum. David and Alex's service gave us the confidence to move forward with the home purchase. We would recommend and use this company again in the future. Family visited oct 2021
