ABOUT Services Excellence Summary

We founded Bravo Professional Contractors based on the notion that professional painting services could be provided at a more cost-effective price point and with greater efficiency. Over the years, we learned that many clients often required an entirely new floor in addition to the paint job. It only seemed logical to offer both services. This meant that our two services could be sourced from one place, saving customers time and stress and streamlining their renovation projects. We aimed to deliver excellent customer service and craftsmanship to both our residential and commercial clients. Our Charlotte, North Carolina success indicates that clients value our commitment to this idea of excellence.

Clients' feedback from the reviews revealed a high level of satisfaction towards the contractor. They are happy about the contractor's professionalism, quality work, and communications. Fred and his team explained everything to the clients from start to finish and they also got consulted before any additional payments were made for additional tasks. The clients were also informed of the work's timing and when the agreement was made; the contractor completed the work on time and called back after the job was done. A big percentage of the clients were happy with the company's workers who treated them with courtesy, and they cleaned after themselves so that the clients deal with messes after the working left the premise. The contractor also showed a great understanding of his clients and their projects. One client changed their mind on the color of paint to be used this resulted in an extra cost to them but still, they were happy with the service. The clients expressed their satisfaction with the company by intending to work with the company in future and referring their friends to them. The clients also said the company does most perfect jobs that make their homes shin new.
