I took my rings to be repaired. The worst decision I ever made was I picked my rings up and noticed that my ring didn’t look the same . I noticed that my stones were smaller. My husband and I went back to the store. The man was very rude. He told me that my stones were the same. I told him they were not the same. Let’s just say I got nowhere I would not recommend this store for repairs, in my opinion, they switch my diamonds and don’t standby their work. My other ring, that I had repaired wasn’t repaired properly and the stone fell out . The salesman asked me if I still had the stone . “The stone fell out Sir no I don't.” The gentleman told me that I would need to pay him $150 again to replace the same diamond that they just replaced in less than 30 days. The person was rude and very unprofessional Bad customer service. Untrusted
