We offer trained service, which means that our technicians are trained before they leave the office. Our technicians are given in-house training and factory training, which is unique. We also provide free basic training for life safety systems to local fire officials and clients. We started our training in 2006 with Firelite and continued to attend classes through ADI. Many messaged us to sell their product, but they were not up to our standards. We met Gamewell/FCI in 2009, and we learned the FCI product line in a way we never knew.
