He figured out how to make yoga entertaining, challenging, and accessible — something worth repeating. CorePower Yoga Studio In 2002, Trevor opened CorePower Yoga on Grant Street, Denver, offering hot, vigorous yoga in a modern, friendly studio. Classes took a while to fill up with six teachers, Trevor included, teaching four classes each. But then they did. It wasn't long before everyone was talking about the new yoga.
