A thorough review of the company indicates that many customers were happy and satisfied with their work. A look at their proactivity and speed in communication. This communication was both written and face to face, which is an advantage. My observation is they were able to assess the situation and suggested what needed to be done. A good example was a customer who did not know what happened and was able to get the answer. All the equipment was properly placed, and the customer was happy with the services. The last phase is when the customer would apply for the insurance later and the paperwork was sent to the customer as all the information was captured. The employees were very patient with us and made sure that they got a proper diagnosis of the entire situation. The customers also reported that the company is highly professional and good at what they do.
