Intercede Mediation

In 1998, we founded INTERCEDE Mediation/ADR Services. Our objective is to help counsel in Mecklenburg County or US Federal District cases to mediation. They manage the mediation process and provide highly qualified mediators who are widely recognized. Each member of the INTERCEDE panel has been certified as a mediator by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission and has extensive mediation experience. The Bar often praises them as the most competent. They are either former judges or lawyers who specialize in litigation. Procedures We Help Counsel With include (1) opposing counsel for cases that are assigned to mediation, to obtain consent, to the appointment an INTERCEDE mediator and (2) T.C.A. filed a Designation to Mediator. (3) Scheduling the mediation in the time permitted. Intercede handles all administration of scheduling. We can change ADR deadlines when needed and also serve as a mediator if there's a scheduling conflict.
