Lifetime Fitness:
Feedback Summary:
1. Requesting someone to fix the sauna temperature in both the men's and women's since they were recently reset to 168, down from 182-186, which was perfect. Lifetime, I am paying very top dollar monthly to access this service which has not been accessible at the recommended therapeutic level for several weeks. I spoke to sweet April, front desk concierge, about this last week hoping that it would be fixed quickly, but, irrespective of April's hard work communicating the problem to her supervisor, and me, nothing has been done to rectify the problem. I will take down my 1-star review as soon as you fix the problem. Thank you, Lifetime.2. Second time here during a short visit. Very nice people at the front desk. The gym was clean and actually packed on a snow day. Thank you for being so kind to a visitor!3. Been member since Lifetime opened several years ago. Great atmosphere for everyone of all ages. Large number of cardio machines, strength training machines, and free weights.
Indoor pools, outdoor pool, kid care from 8 to 1. Extra cost. Certified personal trainers at extra cost. Many classes like yoga, baree, pilates, bike racing, tennis, pickleball etc.4. There is 1 hip abduction machine in the entire gym and only 2 basketball goals. This gym uses to be so much better. The only saving grace is Jarrod and the EDG class.5. I rarely leave reviews unless the experience truly warrants it. Lifetime has built a strong reputation, which is why this experience was so disappointing. The tall white gentleman at the front desk who scans barcodes and checks members in is consistently unwelcoming. For a facility where members pay nearly $500 a month for a family, this level of customer service, especially first thing in the morning when you walk in is unacceptable. First impressions matter, and being greeted with cold or dismissive energy immediately sets the wrong tone. Lifetime is known for excellence, but the front desk experience has unfortunately taken away from that reputation.
Will give it a better star if the customer service improves at the front desk eventually!!7. Posting anonymously. I rarely leave reviews unless the experience truly warrants it. Keeps bumping up my monthly membership cost every 6 months another 20 dollars! which is aggressive, absurd, exploitive! No other gym does this!!!!10. Found it to be overpriced for the value received.11. Good gym however…
Today there was a lady who probably works as a kids swimming teacher, with dark curly hair, who was starring at me for a long time, giving a weird attitude because I was swimming at the line that she wanted no one to swim, so without explaining that she had a lesson she just rudely commented me swimming. Never expected to face disrespect LifeTime fitness

Please teach your workers how to appropriately talk to clients13. $250 a month, ironically staff is so rude you could imagine they believe members have nothing contributing to their bi-weekly checks; I've even witnessed how they treat young adults like their not welcome... Jealousy?, Here there is a lack of equipment or just changes without notice, dirty areas and equipment, and cancelation is next to impossible. They will lock you on contract with arbitrary fees.14. Cancelling membership is next to impossible.15. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We love our LifeTime club! Huge shoutout to Ms. Darlene, Miss Capriotti, Ms. Jane, Miss Adia, and Ms. Martina in Kids Club — absolute gems. And cycle queen Ms. Rosey? Total powerhouse.
Now, quick PSA for my fellow members: if you’re parking in the “Families with Kids”/ “Expecting Mothers” spots but don’t actually have kids with you (just car seats as props )… do better!! Park in another area, the parking lot is huge, get those extra steps in, and save those spots for the parents and mamas-to-be who really need them. Let’s keep it honest and kind, people
