I have used Olly Olly for two of my different businesses. In both cases I got more online visibility, more calls and way better leads. Other website and marketing companies have made a lot of false promises but this is the first to actually stick to their word and deliver. I have enjoyed my experience and would refer to any friend or family member that is expanding their business!
Olly Olly has been an incredible decision for my business. From start to finish my experience has been more than pleasant. The sales person was very consultative and knowledgeable. The on boarding process was the smoothest I have ever experienced. They have a much more family feel and no cookie cutter crap. (I have tried hibu, townsquare and even Thryve but none have worked out. I have tried to buy leads, have tried websites and basically anything under the sun to get more work. This is the first time I have gotten a quality service and a true return on my investment. The quality of leads and clients have been much better. Their customer service team is strong and they actually give you updates and take the time to educate you on their tools. If you are looking to get more work and need an avenue, Olly Olly is the best option I have found.
My experience with them has been horrible. They dropped the ball big time!!! I signed up with them and was given a time line, 2 week till website launch.
Provided everything requested. 3 week mark i reach out, no response. 4 weeks, i get a brush off email response, 5 weeks nothing, 6 weeks Get a call from a different account manager stating that the previous person is no longer with the company.
Everything i sent her was apparently lost because i had to resubmit everything again. Not to mention changes i requested were not even done from the 1st Acct Mgr so literally all that time nothing was done!!
Needless to say website designers were horrible, selected the worst pics and were just down right lazy!!! Horrible job
Either way Ive paid for 2 month already with nothing to show. Google page they claimed they would set up was a blank canvas and guess i had to do all the work even tho they were paid to do it. They offered a measly month free which after more bad work i decided to reject.
Told them to keep the free month and just give me a refund and ill move on. I was told that they don't do refunds. Mind you the pretty much did nothing for a full 2 months yet i don't get any type of refund?? Not even 1 month?

It's a garbage, Elizabeth and her brother Peter steal the money from their client's pockets and also steal the money from their employees. Liars and dishonest since the very beginning, these corrupt siblings have no shame
I signed up to use this company and it has been one lie after another. They said That I owned my website and when They didn't do their job and I tried to move on they wouldn't give me my site or the credentials to manage it. They said I had to be with them for a year which was a lie so I kept what they did live and then after 17 months I asked for my site and credentials and they another lie. So now I have to make a new website and start from the beginn ing again with SEO and pay for another website to be made. Ive been in business for 25 years and know the bad ones and they are defiantly one of the bad ones
They are liars, the promise the moon and don't deliver anything. Warning to no use this company they stole several thousands of dollars from me, strung me along stating they just need more time. DO NOT USE THEM
The team only fixes mistakes after you have pointed them out continuously. I would never recommend this service to anyone else. It is not hands off. There are no regular updates. The team seems to have quite a bit of miscommunication. They do not vet their work to confirm that it looks or functions correctly. Very disappointed with the overall. If you do not know much about SEO this is the last company I would suggest working with as they will not help you unless you are knowledgeable enough to correct their consistent and unforgiving mistakes and seeming lack of care for your project. They get 2 stars from me because they did do some things correctly AFTER I told them to fix it. But the consistent need for me to quadruple check their work is beyond disappointing and I hope they radically take a look at their team mission because it is not aligned with quality work or customer service.
Get away from these scammers
When I signed up for the year and moved my website over to them from my web guy. I asked one question can I move it back if I wanted to. They said yes no problem. They designed a great website and support team was great. Real Estate market changed and I was unable to pay their fees. When my contract was up I switched to their hosting and was switching my website back to my original web guy to preserve all the money and work that was done. They took down my site a month early and then never got my web guy the stuff he need to transfer site. Now I have lost $7,000 website and have nothing to show the few clients reaching out to me. When I asked for them to just keep hosting site. They wanted to charge fees 5 times the hosting fee to bring the site back up and made excuses for it. Now I have nothing to show for the money I spent and do not have a website which I had at least before I started with them.
Very Unprofessional and all they do is LIE!!! I had a professional company create my website from Go Daddy and when they took over to provide me SEO services to get my company higher on google searches. They kept my web site that I paid someone else to create and they added a drop down box with my phone # for people to call me. That it!! I paid them approx. $500 per month then when I didn't see any changes for the better with my google company search ratings I complained!! Then they lowered it to $379 per month and I still DIDN"T See and positive change.. So when I finally cancelled they were very hostile and they told me they own my website and they rebuilt the site from the ground up which was a Lie!! So I lost $ approx. $3,000 and now I have NO Website. After weeks I had to pay Go Daddy to reinstate my original site to be up and running again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I have never seen a more unprofessional company. They take your money make broken promises and don’t do anything that you ask of them. When you speak to them they act like they are doing so much for your website. When you check up on it ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IS DONE! You try to cancel and again here come more lies that they values your business and will make the website better and nothing is done for over a year waited for a company name change. AGAIN they kept dropping the ball. Excuse after excuse! After being fed up and finally being able to cancel. They made it into a joke for them. Laughed at all my concerns, acted like what I was saying wasn’t true. To top it all off, they stole all my credentials and won’t release them which is illegal!!! To pick on a small business and to be so hateful you should be ashamed to call yourself a company!!!
I should've read these reviews before handing over my money! I called the next day to cancel and was told that even though there is no contractual agreement or obligation, they are still going to keep $350 and not perform any services ?! I spoke to David, the manager, and he had no true explanation except that I agreed to use their services...but you accept my cancellation and will be performing no services while keeping a full month's fee?! THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST AND DIRTY !!!

They charge a lot for nothing. They promised a lot and did nothing. After 2.5 months building a social media presence, there was NOTHING done.
A simple change to the website takes months, if they do it at all.
It was a terrible and frustrating experience for us.

I got phone solicited and signed up but decided to not move forward and was talked into 250 per month instead of 350 on 1-2-22 but everyone I talked to said their computer was froze so I realized the bad reviews were correct. Even the initial call was late from the web designer and the one on monday 1-9-22 did not even happen but got a text saying his computer was frozen. I called to cancel and the girl answering said here computer was frozen and she would call me back but never did. then I called again and got the same guy ( david meldrum)that dropped the price the first time and he thought I was someone else that had a 150 per month price. He said my computer is frozen and then he found me and said according to my contract I was supposed to cancel 24hrs. before my next billing and I would have had to cancel before I talked to the web designer so no refund for You. My credit card will stop the payment and he sent me an email saying they will fight it.I am not even worried but I can't believe this country anymore. I am done with trying to get my website seen. If homeowners want to click on the first thing they see then they are stupid and you probably don't want their business anyway. google can take their greedy internet and keep it they just let one company after the other rip people off while they rake it in
I have been paying Olly Olly $400.00 a month for the past 6 month to work on my business website and they have DONE NOTHING. Do now go with this company if your are looking to boost your business. What a JOKE.
