When I signed up for the year and moved my website over to them from my web guy. I asked one question can I move it back if I wanted to. They said yes no problem. They designed a great website and support team was great. Real Estate market changed and I was unable to pay their fees. When my contract was up I switched to their hosting and was switching my website back to my original web guy to preserve all the money and work that was done. They took down my site a month early and then never got my web guy the stuff he need to transfer site. Now I have lost $7,000 website and have nothing to show the few clients reaching out to me. When I asked for them to just keep hosting site. They wanted to charge fees 5 times the hosting fee to bring the site back up and made excuses for it. Now I have nothing to show for the money I spent and do not have a website which I had at least before I started with them.

Very Unprofessional and all they do is LIE!!! I had a professional company create my website from Go Daddy and when they took over to provide me SEO services to get my company higher on google searches. They kept my web site that I paid someone else to create and they added a drop down box with my phone # for people to call me. That it!! I paid them approx. $500 per month then when I didn't see any changes for the better with my google company search ratings I complained!! Then they lowered it to $379 per month and I still DIDN"T See and positive change.. So when I finally cancelled they were very hostile and they told me they own my website and they rebuilt the site from the ground up which was a Lie!! So I lost $ approx. $3,000 and now I have NO Website. After weeks I had to pay Go Daddy to reinstate my original site to be up and running again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I have never seen a more unprofessional company. They take your money make broken promises and don’t do anything that you ask of them. When you speak to them they act like they are doing so much for your website. When you check up on it ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IS DONE! You try to cancel and again here come more lies that they values your business and will make the website better and nothing is done for over a year waited for a company name change. AGAIN they kept dropping the ball. Excuse after excuse! After being fed up and finally being able to cancel. They made it into a joke for them. Laughed at all my concerns, acted like what I was saying wasn’t true. To top it all off, they stole all my credentials and won’t release them which is illegal!!! To pick on a small business and to be so hateful you should be ashamed to call yourself a company!!!

I should've read these reviews before handing over my money! I called the next day to cancel and was told that even though there is no contractual agreement or obligation, they are still going to keep $350 and not perform any services ?! I spoke to David, the manager, and he had no true explanation except that I agreed to use their services...but you accept my cancellation and will be performing no services while keeping a full month's fee?! THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST AND DIRTY !!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM !!!

They charge a lot for nothing. They promised a lot and did nothing. After 2.5 months building a social media presence, there was NOTHING done. A simple change to the website takes months, if they do it at all. It was a terrible and frustrating experience for us. BUYER BEWARE!

I got phone solicited and signed up but decided to not move forward and was talked into 250 per month instead of 350 on 1-2-22 but everyone I talked to said their computer was froze so I realized the bad reviews were correct. Even the initial call was late from the web designer and the one on monday 1-9-22 did not even happen but got a text saying his computer was frozen. I called to cancel and the girl answering said here computer was frozen and she would call me back but never did. then I called again and got the same guy ( david meldrum)that dropped the price the first time and he thought I was someone else that had a 150 per month price. He said my computer is frozen and then he found me and said according to my contract I was supposed to cancel 24hrs. before my next billing and I would have had to cancel before I talked to the web designer so no refund for You. My credit card will stop the payment and he sent me an email saying they will fight it.I am not even worried but I can't believe this country anymore. I am done with trying to get my website seen. If homeowners want to click on the first thing they see then they are stupid and you probably don't want their business anyway. google can take their greedy internet and keep it they just let one company after the other rip people off while they rake it in

I have been paying Olly Olly $400.00 a month for the past 6 month to work on my business website and they have DONE NOTHING. Do now go with this company if your are looking to boost your business. What a JOKE.

Absolutely HORRIBLE company. After signing with the company, the missed every single deadline that THEY put in place for our website design. Site was supposed to be ready 11/2. After over 20 strings of emails, providing content, layouts, repeated requests and feedback, they STILL can't get it right. We were told no charges would be made other than the initial deposit on 10/17, yet we were charged $649 on 11/17. When we asked repeatedly for a refund and reasoning why we were charged with they had not delivered services, we were fed excuse after excuse about design team backlog, struggles with creating banners and then blamed for "changing our minds" for the potential layout when they still were unable to deliver. When we again requested a refund for the unauthorized charges, we were told that were unable to refund us, despite not fulfilling the terms of our contract and offered 2 months of free services. 2 months of free services, one of which you've already billed our company for, the other which we would be billed for 10 days from now with a site that STILL IS NOT COMPLETE. Over 30 days past the launch date and they are unable to deliver or correct something as simple as their team using duplicate photos multiple times across the same pages (which we brought to their attention over 4 times, still not corrected.) Save your time, money and frustration, this company has ZERO integrity or ability to deliver any kind of product that you'd want to put your name on.
