They were so wrong; Taysia saved the day! Buyer beware: I have had my insurance with Sparks Insurance for a long time. I so faithful to them. I have never had an issue with billing or billing changes. So when I got an email to adjust my auto insurance, I said "Go for it!" It turns out that the change was not to my accounts and my auto insurance doubled two days after my payment was billed. The changes were from some rando agent. When I spoke to Taysia about it, she was so great! I was in a meeting, but I was also on the phone fighting with the bank and crying. Nonetheless there were footprints she was making for all my questions and distress. She was so understanding and patient. She also showed me the details of my current and expiring insurance policy so that I understood why our rates changed. She crunches the numbers so that I wasn't blind. And I emailed her every day after looking up numbers myself for another six weeks. She would call me eod to talk about the numbers i emailed and say she hadn't forgotten about me. I did a lot of emails and forwarded them to her...which was frustrating but better. I also did what she told me to do at the bottom of all her emails about contacting my agent...and not my insurance. I customers services, but i could see how it makes the process harder. And so after all her labor with me, a boy was still being lazy and if she was being lazy herself and not putting my documents in the impossible hike. But I knew what my names was in every email and how great Taysia was if I reviewed that email. . . . Conclusion: Several reviewers noted the exceptional customer service provided by several staff members but especially by Tanya. She truly went out of her way to give them the best rates. Moreover Tanya was observed to be empathetic, friendly and eager to find the greatest insurance policy that suits the clients.
