Shelton Karen K PhD Karen Shelton, PhD, is a Certified Psychologist with knowledge in clinical and forensic psychology. Dr. Shelton analyzes kids, adults, and families in legal and non-legal settings. She also offers consulting services to lawyers and mental health experts. Dr. Shelton has a lot of experience evaluating families and children in child custody and dependency cases. She has testified as an expert witness, offered CLE training, and instructed mental health experts and judges across the United States.
