The Townsquare Interactive reviews depict a largely positive picture, with several customers lauding customer support. Notable account managers, such as Ashlynn Murphy, Lindy Kirby, and Katie Branham, receive widespread commendation for their exceptional customer service and dedication. The service and workmanship from the Townsquare Interactive team have been fantastic, according to several comments. Despite limited experience with the platform, the majority of its users have found the interface user-friendly and straightforward. The OverWatch, Jane Swain, demonstrates that she takes her job seriously and delivers. A customer noted that the company's bill came as a surprise when the individual expected the price to be higher. Over 100 satisfied Townsquare Interactive customers commend the company. Some critics have mentioned that they lack expertise and doubt usefulness. The reviewer said they would recommend Townsquare Interactive to a therapist and client alike. Ashlynn, Evan, and Jane are cherished — almost like part of the family. Some clients have said that they have had a positive experience, but the words confuse me. Their web presence is greatly improved by the company's commitment. They have reached out to us with site redesigns and updates, saved the company money by offering feedback about reducing advertising spend, improved visibility through SEO, and generated leads. Since 2015, we have had great results.

BYER BE WARE!!! Snakes!! I have been with them for over 2 years. They made changes to my website over a year ago and did not have google index the changes causing my listing to fall way behind. When I finally caught it they were slow to respond. No real skin off their back they just blamed Google for the issue. Lies all lies. I don't believe a word that they say. There have been so many other issues but not worth the rant. Trust me I have been through it with them. My listing is still not where it should be and we are loosing traffic to our site every day. They say my listing is doing great....um....no it is not. Poor customer service. They cost me thousands in lost business. It takes them a long time to respond. I have been trying to cancel for days and the keep calling me to try to get me to stay. I keep telling them that I no longer want to do business with them. I am sure they will reply to this review with some standard AI generated response. Please regardless of how they choose to respond to my post...look for another company. Don't flush your money down the toilet with them. They are no a good company to work with at all.
These people are crooks. If they build your website and host it which you pay for, guess what happens when you cancel? The website will have to be REBUILT! They use their own "themes" so what you will get is content that's easily available by highlighting the content on any website and copying. Buyer beware also they concentrate on key PHRASES not Key WORDS. There is a big difference. Meaning if someone enters in that exact phrase, sure you will come up in an early google index however what are the chances that someone will enter that exact keyword phrase? Slim to none. I would also be leery that most of the reviews here are on the front end of customer experience, not the back end which leads me to believe that they are soliciting reviews early on. Buyer beware.

I had an internet problem I could not solve. Porsche was able to make the corrections quickly.
I do not recommend using this company. Their communication between what needs to be done with the SEO work is nonexistent. They never once reached out on multiple items that needed to be completed and always had an excuse as to why nothing was done. One thing for sure though is they will take their monthly money. You must be persistent with them as to needing an immediate answer and not a call back. We wasted about $800 dollars but was able get $150 partial refund... for nothing being done.
I worked for this company and their motto is, “Give Sh*t.” Are they honestly giving a sh*t or is it all business? I gave my 2 week notice and my last day should’ve been the 30th, but they let me go yesterday. I was on the campaign support team and we had a total of 5 people. Trey told me they were full in said department that is why they letting me go early. I was okay with that until he said they will not going to pay me until my last day, plus I don’t get my commission that I rightfully earned. I asked Trey, “if I was looking at termination, he said, “no.” So basically the gist of it all is, if you are thinking about leaving this company don’t give them the professionalism and courtesy of 2 weeks. Just work and leave on your last day because they will not pay you up to the last day you would’ve stated on your resignation. This company is laying people off for budget cuts and wherever they can cut corners they will. Humanity to this company does not exist. Give a sh*t is a hoax to get people in the door. But before I end my rant, there is descent people who work in the office. I feel sorry for the good people.
This is not a good business they promised to help me with my business and they did not and I asked for a refund and they said no and I want d to cancel and they did not and billed me again
If I could give 0 stars it would be more appropriate. Basically takes your money and runs. Never calls you back or answers email when it works. I am now onto day 12 with no business email and I have already lost one of my clients because I did not answer their email (no business email since 3/17!!!) I could not get your team to set up an email for me with a simple DNS change. After days of waiting, I ended up closing my account. Now I can't get my domain transferred back! Townsquare uses Go Daddy as do I. Go Daddy sees no change in the status after a few days and asked me to check to see if they actually sent it. After speaking to Go Daddy and with my background knowledge of building my own websites, I feel my domain is being purposely delayed from being transferred. After all this I cannot get a refund for a mediocre website with no edits that I requested prior to launch. No website hits other than from ads I created on Google. I am surprised that no-one has started a class action, with all the other similar negative reviews, something should be done about this.
They ruined my Business profile on Google. The damage is significant. Don't do business with them as they won't make it right.
They are absolutely terrible. All AI generated content and it’s worthless. They don’t listen to you. It takes forever to get a response. I tried canceling my plan and they continued to charge my card. I let them know that my child was very sick and I needed the money to help pay for the hospital bills. They didn’t give it any thought they were pie quickly. “sorry I can’t do a refund my finance department isn’t hearing it.” This company will eventually crash and burn since they have no customer service. They just want your money. Stay away. Shop somewhere else.
Mr. Tim Pirrone, Tim, my name is Tom Schuett, president of Integrated Financial Solutions, Inc., Crystal Lake, Ill, 60014.  I was contacted back in November 2022 by a sales agent of Town Square.  I was told of all the wonderful benefits Town Square had to offer my business and consequently I signed up for the deluxe 495. a month package to include a Facebook page. Since that time, I had my website rebuilt by Town Square.  It offered my service as a tax preparer which I am not.  It had me appear on google as a taxi service, which I am not!  I called and spoke to Brianna on several occasions to explain in great detail my grievance; her response, we will get right on it.  Nothing was done, no call back.  I again called, spoke to Brianna and again the same run a round although the Taxi Service was changed unfortunately once again, incorrectly.  While this was in the process I was contacted by Nicholas Newcott in marketing; Townsquare Ignite.  Nicholas offered and suggested I go with 50,000 emails and two hot spots: email package at 1,200. and hot spots each 500. At that time, I was very clear with Nicholaus; I cannot afford the hotspots at this time and cannot handle 50,000 emails since I am a one-man shop.  We agreed 5,000 a week would be a good start and hold off on the Hot Spots until business improved on my end.  Nicholas sent over a Doc-u sign, I signed for the agreed 1,200., the email marketing, and it would come out of my account on the following Monday.  Immediately once I sent the Doc u sign, I received a fraud alert from Chase Bank.  Nichalas was attempting to withdraw 2,200. This was stopped at that time pending my o.k. I called Nicholas and questioned him. His response was he misunderstood, and he would reverse the hotspot 1,000 but would take about ten days! I contacted Nick again the following Monday, letting him know the agreed 1,200. was good to go and a week later he called and informed me 40,000 emails were set to go out (not 50,000.) at one time and the agreement was for 1,200. a month for three months; once again, another lie.  This was not our agreement.  I received another call from Nicholas the first week of February explaining that 40, 000 have been sent, let's check back in about two weeks and see where we are at, I agreed.   On or about February 14th, after receiving zero contacts; not one call, I called Nicholas and he told me on his end he can see about 800 calls, 133 one day and 135 the next!  I explained once again, something is terribly wrong.  Nicholas tells me at that point let's just keep it going another month or two and I objected.  He explains he will talk to Brianna and have her call me; this she did.  I, Once again explained the services on the website built by town square are not the services I offer and that have explained this several times previously.  She asked me to send some competitors' names over to review, which I have done, and she will call me back; she has not.  Several weeks have now passed and I feel without a shadow of a doubt; I have been completely ripped off by Town Square and Town Square Ignite.  To this day I have no page on Facebook but am billed every month for it since November 2022!  I have no evidence of any emails ever being sent out and my website is a total disaster spreading disinformation as we speak! For all the aforementioned I am putting you personally and your companies, Town Square and Town Square on notice; full refund is hereby demanded; 2,200 taken out of my account by Town Square Ignite and 495 by Town Square since November 2022 totaling 3,685.  I am 70 years of age and cannot recall ever being treated in this manner.  The deceit and the old game of bait and switch is a very disingenuous and dirty game. In closing I can assure you the total refund in the amount of 3,685. will resolve this matter.  However, in the event this also falls on deaf ears and this matter is not resolved in the next ten days I will proceed with every legal option available to include the appropriate authorities. Respectfully, Tom Schuett, president of Integrated Financial Solutions, Inc.
HORRIBLE!!! RUN COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!!! COMPANIES LIKE THIS DO NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS !!! Should have seen the signs early!! The sales rep called me non stop from multiple numbers, they were even using burner numbers to look local when they called. First I did some research and saw they had good reviews and the sales guy showed me some successful looking companies and claim they built their site and managed the SEO. Then he showed me 3 packages that were $500, $600 & $700. I kept telling the salesman I needed to think on it and there high pressured sales tactics led to him telling me to tell them what I would be willing to pay. I finally agreed to the $500 for $250 a month. I will say they build a nice looking website, however that was all they did for me. After nearly a full year of using them I got nothing, not a signal call. I kept reaching out to my rep Arianna and she kept saying that it takes time for google to recognize everything. During this I kept getting a lot of calls from other companies telling me that the SEO management wasn't being done correctly and that Townsquare had me on my own private island where no one could see me. I eventually decided to reach out to a local reputable SEO company. He was able to pull everything up on google and see how many clicks, organic etc.... he showed me what was going on and it was a whole lot of nothing. They didnt have the key words needed within the site, they didnt have all the metro cities listed around Columbus, Oh. They basically designed my site and forgot about me. What concerns me is that Arianna from Townsquare emailed me the web page results every month, apparently she wasn't even looking at it. When I went to cancel I learned Arianna didnt even work there anymore, therefore the emails I was getting didnt even come from her or a live person. T One of there supervisors called me and asked what was going on and after I told him he agreed with me and never offered to fix it, credit any money, just no intention of helping. He simply said ok to me canceling and that was it. HERES THE GOOD PART, IT GETS WORSE!!!! I gave this company thousands of dollars in less than a year and nothing in return and they didnt even allow me to have my website. When you cancel, they will retaliate!!!! My new provider said he has never met a company like this. Normally you own your website and can take it with you if you choose to hire another company. !!!!!!! NOT TOWNSQUARE !!!!!!!! they will not let you have your website and you will have to pay to have it rebuilt. IF anyone has any questions or concerns with TOWNSQUAE fill free to contact me as I am hiring an attorney. 740.971.7261
