I am very upset with how this nursing home has changed. My best friend is in there and tho we are states apart, we talk weekly. She is in bed most of the time lately or their ipads are down so we can't chat or she isn't even up and out of bed at 11:00 am!!!! Most of the time she looks like she needs a shower or she has bruises. They could be from a fall but that is also worrisome. !! Why fall so much. They use to have people that cared and would communicate now there is no communication. What can be done to change this and the care she is given. This is awful. I have tried not to complain but each week gets worse. She can hardly talk and I wonder if that is what this place is counting on. Something needs to change. This is definitely neglect and this is NOT ok.
