2018, i got rear ended. Car got fixed but i had injured my neck and shoulder. Went to physical theropy for 6 months or close to it. Went to emergancy room right after accident also. Figured i needed a lawyer. Seen the comercial and called them. Ended up with timothy elliot. After physical theropy he told me we could settle with ins. company for medical bills and compensation. Well long story short every time i called him he would tell me he would have information on settlement in 2 weeks. This went on for months and months everytime he said 2 weeks, two weeks, two weeks yet i always had to call him every 3-4 weeks. He would never have an answer or forget what he was supposed to call about. After months of this he finally said he had check for me. It was well short of what i was supposed to get. He said it was right. So i had to on my own deal with ins. Co. Hospital and other medical companies. After i did all this i went back and showed him that i was still owed $2400 more dollars he argued with me about even after i showed him the paper work. Simple addition and subtraction. A week or to later he gives me the balance still short over $200 which he said he will get that 2 me in guess what? "2 weeks". I have not to this day recieved it 4 years later. If i would have could for it he would have said he doesnt know nothing about it blah blah blah. Why did i need him? I did all the work and the simple math. He did nothing and still owes me money. It was very frustrating. Especially when i couldnt get money all at once. Just bits and pieces. He made 5-6 thousand for nothing. I was the one who dealt with the pain and everything else.i had to do all the work. I think it just was a big enough case for him, not enough money. But if i didnt do his job i would have been $2200 at least. Maybe more who knows for sure how much ins paid. Good luck if you go with this place. Dont be shocked if your ignored forgotten and have to do everything yourself and screwed on what is owed to you. Big company well known, yet cant do simple math. And i swear on everything i just typed. Wouldnt recommend to my enemies.i dont understand how this place gets so many great reviews,....very strange.
