More importantly, Ceci, a native of Rome, guarantees that every food item is succulent and homemade. Solo Trattoria purposely operates to serve its loyal patrons. Out of his passion and love for traditional Italian food, Ceciarelli travelled from Rome, Italy, to Miami, where he perfected his culinary skills and built a network of supporters. "When i told them I'd be opening up a new restaurant in downtown Freehold, I wanted to create something distinct and tasty," Ceciarelli says. "I'm thrilled to offer a large choice of appetizers, salads, and heaters of the day, and to share my passion for food with my patrons."
