I am pinning this letter to you and also to Mr Johanna Gregory in the installation department . I am a victim of your company’s ,Suntuity ,lack of professionalism and their horrendous work which was performed at my house. This is in reference to the furnace ,air condition and faulty electrical breaker panel Suntuity company installed in February 2023.
Suntuity sent over two inadequate electricians, who ultimately disabled and burned out my furnace computer panel and the air conditioning thermostat and wiring. As a result, I have no heat for the up coming winter .I had no air conditioning this summer. I have been calling 3-4 times a week with no one calling me back as to the status of this case and claim.I get no response. Ms Corbin you asked for an estimate in order to get this thing fixed On September 11 , 2023. I got you an estimate and emailed it to you on September 12..I received nothing from you .
The problem started back in February. When the first panel was installed . That was in February on the coldest day of the year . This individual basically hooked everything up incorrectly . He then left my dryer without a beaker and no power. Furthermore he trashed my laundry room and destroyed 2 of my landscaping lamps. ( text message to Johanna Gregory dated 2/6/2023)
The next group of people you sent out to install the dryer wire and breaker left me to install the rest of the wire for the dryer.
This was to be all part of replacing this electrical panel.
Suntuity sent another person out who replaced the whole panel again . This person completed hooked my 220 V air condition up to a 110 V breaker system along with my furnace, which is 110 V . As a result the air condition would not turn on
I brought this to your company’s attention July 26.
Suntuity ,your company ,scheduled an appointment for lAugust 18. On August 11 two gentlemen came to my house and wired my 220 V air conditioning lead in conjunction with my 110V furnace electric lead and made it one breaker. As a result of these two fools connected together , these two units under one 220V breaker they destroyed my furnace electrical system , my air conditioner system and my thermostat wiring. After this act of sabotage I have been calling and your company for repairs three to fours times a week with no response.
. I advised you and Suntuity I would be leaving the United States September 17 . I further advised this destruction of my property needs to be adjudicated and resolved before my departure date. I called every week, three times a week since August 11 when your company burned up my furnace . As a result your company has not returned any of my phone calls . I had to attempt to resolve this by whatever means and no one has gotten back to me. All I got was , I will call you back. I Will call you back. This is unsatisfactory work. This is unsatisfactory and I am the buyer who is suffering.
The winter is coming upon us. I’m not home I have no heater in my house because of your company .I am in jeopardy of my water pipes freezing .
The most aggravating and insulting thing is you called me back today after I called you , just to advise that you heard nothing… How dare you belittle my situation by patronizing me with your honorary call “ stating I told you I would call you.
I want my problems resolved NOW!
If I could give them negative stars I would. I can't get through to anyone with Customer Support. They always tell me someone will call back. Allie Whitworth couldn't do the contracts correctly, I had different purchase amounts on every document. Then she told me there was an addendum to include a car charger, which I have never seen. She lied about what had to happen for my system inspection. They no called/no showed the first 2 appointments, then she told me I didn't have to be present for the next time. I wasn't, Allie told me they got everything they needed and we were on track. A month later I get a call from a rude man in NJ that I didn't show to the appointment and they hadn't done anything! The Allie completely ghosted for 3 months. When I canceled my contract she miraculously called me and said her texts hadn't been going through... for 3 months of me asking the same questions, calling and leaving voicemails! Then she lied again and said my panels were ready for installation so I couldn't cancel. I said how, I have approved anything else. She said she would send over the addendum, still haven't gotten that. I finally found a great customer service person and he was fixing everything. But before the final paperwork came through they let him go. No I'm in a bbb dispute, otherwise I have heard nothing from them! Whatever you do don't go with these guys!

Customer service is poor at best. You are treated like a lamb going to slater. No information given until it is to late to correct the problem. The whole process is poorly planned and not done in a timely manner.
With exception to Mike my sales rep, by far the worst company I've done business with. Had electrical issues almost immediately after installation. Have had ongoing electrical issues for over a year now ranging for rolling blackouts, heat emitting from circuit box, sub panel no longer sending electric to house and loss of power to a single room with no explanation. Have never had any issues with electricity in the 30 plus years we've been here, yet they are claiming "pre existing issues". It is appalling the way they have handled these issues. I'm told after not having power to a single room for about 2 months that I have to wait until after the new year to even be scheduled for service. All while not having access to my backup panel/ generator during winter storm season. They have kept poor records of complaints and service calls to my home and are using that to try and justify their actions or lack of action. It is almost impossible to get a call back or an honest answer from them. I would not recommend using this company.
