Feedback from customers Customer A: Called for an estimate and Juan got back to my boyfriend (Scott) and scheduled an appointment. The following day he came out; he was respectful, thorough, and reasonable. And the work they did...amazing!!! It took an initial 2hrs to clean front and back yard, and they were great. I would recommend them to anyone. Customer B: I suggest every service from them. They came out, did a thorough work estimate, gave great recommendations after they inspected my yard and sent an estimate directly to my phone, which was easy to change back, and secondly, they responded quickly. I scheduled a full cleanup of front and backyard and landfill. I was completely amazed by how everything looked at the end. Customer C: My yard needed some major work done- tree, roses, and palm trimming. Found Jr's Lawn Service online and contacted them for an estimate. I should have done this earlier. They made it easy, they did a good job, the price was reasonable, and they were able to do it quickly. Would definitely use them again. Customer D: The crew was professional and thorough. They were here approximately 4 hours, asked questions as to what I wanted. They cleaned up palm trees along with all bushes and trees. I would highly recommend them for service and cleanup. Customer E: Update- My housesitter noticed the day after they left for the last service that one of the mainlines was busted. This is the third time I have had to repair an irrigation issue since I hired them. They insist it is not their issue because they don't service irrigation, but it is still their responsibility because it is being damaged with their visits. I don't think they're doing it intentionally, but whether it is accidental or not, it is their fault to fix what they break as they are doing their work. A recurring theme in other reviews on Yelp is that while the work itself may be good, there are “side effects” when they work. Damage caused to other areas not included in their work will not be their fault. There may be a misunderstanding about how accountability works. I had a mixed experience with Jr's. Things started out well. They are more expensive than most companies, but you pay for it, and they are more professional than most, so I was okay with it. However, in April, I was heartbroken because one of my rose bushes that I had planted with sentimental value was completely destroyed; all it's spring blooms had been blown off during their monthly maintenance. I reached ... Later when one of the plants they had installed died, I asked them to replace it. They told me it was going to be another $75, even though the plant barely made it a few months. All the other plants had. I paid over a grand for them to clean my landscaping and have several new plants installed, and it felt like nickel-and-dimeing. I am willing to pay more for a better experience, but I expect accountability to come with it, as that is why I'm going with a professional company. It wasn't due to my negligence or because the plant was super old and therefore on it's way out anyways. They planted it not long ago, so to hit me with a $75 bill just seemed like poor accountability on their part. I would have even paid for the cost of the plant, that seems reasonable, but the blunt invoice that I was sent in response to the photo I sent them was just handled really poorly. I'm also bummed I have had to find a new landscaper now because I can't have a company around that is not reasonably responsible for their work.
