I thought originally these guys were great. Been with them a year. We just found out in October that we paid our "friends" at Clicklt Social roughly $12,000 to not do what they said they could/would. They were supposed to monitor our website. They could not even get all the information correct on our website, almost a year later. Even this last Oct they were having to correct an address and phone number. Clickit Social was supposed to send us all our appointments. They did not. We found out recently that owners of Clicklt Social had refused to check their settings. Even though I and clearly others complained about this exact situation. I asked multiple times. I recently found out another client's complaint, that it still did not work in Oct. We confronted owners Art and JP. They blamed us. Immediately. They attacked us. Art literally threatened us. He said I had a "small brain", I am crazy, etc. He threatened to find my children's father, to help him take my kids from me. Art literally knew they harmed our business and charged us roughly $12,000 to do so. Then he threatens us to keep us quiet. He literally threatened us AFTER we hired a professional tech to go in the back end of my site to see who was at fault. One of the owners JP admitted in TEXT that they discovered the vital setting had "inadvertantly been deselected". So my company missed hundreds if not over 1000 actual appointments. We paid them a lot to lose hundreds of clients. No apology. No responsibility. No refund. They now will not speak to us. They emailed us that they would not give one dime back. We literally fired them in October and we just got back our website back. After multiple demands. Literally today, after Art saw I posted his texts, emails, reports, etc on Yelp and Google he sent a casket video to my Tik Tok account…I just can't believe I was conned by them or ever referred anyone to them.
