Ensemble Arts Academy offers all instruments, all levels, and all ages with Claude Borders. Claude Borders, the instructor and music owner, has taught music for over 30 years. He earned his Bachelor of Music education (BME) from Illinois Wesleyan University. He also has an MBA from Grand Canyon University and is very near s completion of his MME in Music Education from Indiana University. Mr. Borders has taught elementary music, handbells, chorus, orchestra, and choir grades K-12. He began playing the horn in 1970 and received a scholarship from Illinois Wesleyan University. He played horn under the leadership and teacher of some of the most famous horn players, such as Gail Williams, David Ohannessian, and Tim Brown. He was a horn player in the Disneyland All American College Band and the Disneyland All American College Band, as well as itinerant horn in other bands (including the USAF Band of Liberty). Claude Borders has won many awards and scholarships, including the IWU Music Scholarship, Disney National Music Scholarship, US Navy National Music on this premise.
