Customer Feedback Summary: 1. Dr. Maendel is excellent! He had my melanoma removed very efficiently. 2. It was still early, and the service was prompt and courteous. The Staff was very efficient. 3. Great experience, very friendly, and efficient office. Staff was great and the Doctor was amazing!!!! 4. All the staff are very friendly and I was able to address my concerns 5. Was seen 5 minutes after arriving 6. They never make me wait. Appointments are always on time. They take good care of their patients. 7. Great drs and staff. They were on time, very kind, listened, answered questions, and gave great care. 8. I would rate them a 5 but the on-line check-in process is a bit too much. 9. The experience was professional, effective, and successful! Thank you, Dr. Holmes and team. 10. In and out in a timely fashion. Process explained and future lined out. 11. Dr. Holmes is terrific!
