LOC hosts artwork from different styles and media. It is administered and backed by educators and artists who seek to promote the arts and provide a platform for cultural exchange. LOC has a broad range of arts experiences and events. By hosting these events, the gallery reflects the diversity of the community's people and cultures. LOC also offers national artists a chance to show their art. Our vision is to make the gallery a place where art can be accessed in local communities.
