Sadly, the old ABC is gone. The once monolithic store has been reduced to the main floor and the basement. It's terrible to see it this way. The jewelry section is gone. But some clients appreciate the store's progress and new management who are trying to revive it. One buyer said, "We waited ten months for our furniture, but it arrived, and it was worth the wait. The new management was proactive when it took over, and the delivery quickly ensued. That being said, the new owners have communicated with me". Multiple reviewers noted the store's enviable collection of rugs and carpets, which are all hand-crafted with intricate designs and lovely colors. One client said the carpets are of the best quality, and another wrote that there were countless options to pick from. One reviewer became excited, indicating, "The store is full of rugs and carpets in varying styles, colors, patterns, and weaves. The sales reps are amazing, and the staff works tirelessly to improve the service and knowledge and professionalism". The management is terrific and helpful; the staff is very courteous and will advise you on the right carpet. But, being a salesperson there is hard, and it is just to know where to begin with communicating how backbreaking it is.
