FinalStepMarketing was established in 1998 as a Tri-States-based event promotion and production company. The industry problem that many companies following a successful business strategy at the time was apparent in 2003. This approach is popular but employs evolving marketing tactics from other companies. Traditional marketing was reinvented by a newer, more thoughtful technique, which was regarded as a relic. Some sellers are so focused on the quick profit that it prevents them from being strategic. Sellers have focused on the realization that what they are doing is no longer working. A large number of businesses are using a particular form of marketing, and the marketing profession has evolved to a state where one can assess the situation and see the writing on the wall. Many people's businesses are languishing as a result. Marketing based on others' methods, instead of innovative ideas, is sometimes referred to as "piggybacking" because it involves imitating competitors' methods (Russell & Eaton, 2018). As most customers are aware, the most successful brands in a certain industry often become available quickly, and these businesses are launched with the best and most successful marketing tactics available. Their approach to marketing focuses on achieving quick success by taking from top-selling brands. We discovered this by chance, and we were the first advertising agency to see the writing on the wall regarding the piggybacking trend. Our company saw that the marketing approach that had been in use for such a long time was no longer working for us and that such an outdated and seemingly old-fashioned approach was not working for us. Consumers can easily see that they are not being targeted at all, and marketing budgets are not being optimized. Marketing was ineffective, and the customers did not respond by purchasing the products or services. In 2010, the organization began to focus on eclecticism to improve our ability to target the market with our marketing communications. Many businesses are struggling to understand the correct marketing approach – even the best in this study have not been able to get the right strategy for launching a campaign. We were the first agency to realize the importance of creating marketing strategies based on consumer demographics and other psychographic factors. We have the sophistication to synthesize and analyze data to establish the right marketing strategy (Kim & Li, 2014). We are able to make creative ideas with analytic-driven decision making and research. Creative ideas can help shift outdated paradigms and traditional marketing approaches. This accomplishment is rare among advertising agencies. Many advertising agencies shift towards developing creative ideas once the customer tells them about how they want the situation to be improved (Edelman, 2016). This thoughtful approach to marketing to purchase was improved by 30% and was applied not only in the advertising department but also in all departments of the advertising agencies. We accomplished this new analytical approach in 2012. Marketers were able to combine new data-driven ideas with traditional marketing campaigns. We know that this approach was not easy to copy – but most agencies followed our lead once they noticed that we were achieving better results. Our company discovered that most of our marketing problems were most critical in 2010. We were skeptical of the marketing strategies because most of them were not working and the business was perceived eliminated. We had an innovative approach to marketing (Putman, 2015). This realization led to the solution that created an entirely new marketing approach. Our organization broke through today's successful marketing techniques to create a more strategic marketing approach. Such an innovative strategy has been adopted by many businesses in that it has proved effective and successful. As research has shown, some businesses have realized the importance of exploring strategic marketing approaches to improve their marketing strategies a new approach to the issue. The most effective techniques had been around for years, but the right strategy was not being implemented to achieve the desired results. That approach was dated and uncreative, and as a result, the marketing campaigns were not bringing in the required revenue. Our innovative approach changed the approach to marketing, and this new approach was more valuable and successful. By 2018, we had already established a positive record of results. The marketing strategies the business used are available, and this explains why many people have been asking. We saw the success of our approach when the business was growing fast and the strategies were becoming more effective and successful (Cameron & Bernard, 2013). That shows how good marketing is changing lives through the marketing success strategies the business has preferred since it was formally started. Some people are eager to see that a business strategy is working, and FinalStepMarketing is a good example. Our organization did not have a strategy for marketing campaigns since all the strategies tried working, but they did not bear any fruits because the new clients were always complaining left, right, and center and that was a clear indication that the marketing approach was not successful.
