Gotham Archery

Junior Olympic Archery Development (JOAD) is a USA Archery program designed to help your children learn and grow in their archery skills. Whether they are just a hobbyist or an Olympic hopeful, children in the JOAD program will gain more confidence and self-discipline. They will also enjoy themselves more. The JOAD program has succeeded in getting children to trade in their electronics for a bow and learn new skills. The program will provide traditional, compound, and recurve archers of all levels with the opportunity to improve their range safety and shooting skills. The child-friendly environment will promote self-confidence, self-esteem, and team-building as well as archers being able to focus on the task at hand. JOAD@ Gowanus A&C will strive to make archery enjoyable both recreationally and competitively as the child advances. Multiple concurrent JOAD program offerings are available with Gotham Archery and are open to all students aged 8-20.
