SUMMARY   Reviews Summary

The Harlem Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation earned significant praise from the reviewers. The reviewers emphasize that compassion is at the heart of the mission of the nursing home, with being professional, friendly, and personable. Patients who have many demands and stress-related issues, staff members are still compassionate, patient, and understanding. Even when some patients became unruly or complained loudly, the workers did not respond in kind. Some reviewers are thankful for the valuable information and calmness of the medical professionals in their communication. The therapists are another group of professionals who know and care, which motivates the struggling patients. Patients see a few of the residents, even with their significant physical disabilities. There is a high dose of encouragement and motivation. Staff members write the piano music that reminds patients of the importance of caring and hope. They assure that one step at a time may appear insignificant but has enriching memories and hope elsewhere. God's instructions for each man's love and hope are ideas of love that last indefinitely; just like his grace. The majority of the reviews commend the facility for the treatment and patient care. I had the opportunity to communicate with her very nice and good person. Communication was precise and fast. The only issue I noticed was communication with other staff. The patient told us that controversial issues had not been resolved. I have seen how to deal with this. The admission office is not very friendly. That was the experience my client had, frustration, and this made her feel that getting in would be a problem. Some people who will interview you are too serious and fast to quote the amount of money. I received complaints that other items were missing. While some staff members are appealing, the rest are strict, and their communication is difficult. It is prudent to put yourself in other humans. I would prefer the management to allow visitors and clients to express themselves. Patients, residents, family members, legal representatives, and employees hope the organization will acknowledge their claims and resolve disputes and complaints as soon as possible. The stair staff was very rude. Yet they are inefficient in response, and their face is angry. I found difficulties when some communication became tough, but the staff members I found later were good friends and listened to the patient. This facility would be referenced in their quality services specialized in furniture. The quality of the facilities is good. Some review is highly recommending the facility and mattress. There are many health workers. If it happens, they provided beds, health, and good quality trainers who are kind to the patients and supportive. The facilities are always fully equipped and In good position, ready to support all types of diseases and sicknesses that may come.-cleanliness in the facility is also maintained at a high rate. The other pain and rehab machinery. Struggle with constant cleaning, and it must be done every time, but this cannot hinder the patient from efficiently pursuing their therapeutic actions.

Harlem Center For Nursing and Rehabilitation What struck me the most was how compassionate every one of the center’s employees had been in the operation of their duties. All the executive administrators, housekeepers, and security were very personable, professional, friendly, and loving. For the few weeks that I was in rehab there, I noticed that, at times, some of the patients were grouchy and attempted to take their frustrations out on the nurses and CNAs, either verbally or physically. The Harlem Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation professionals calmly went about their duties, feeding them and cleaning them up. As many patients could not go outside, the health service workers would happily transport them from the Day Room. They went up and down the halls, giving them a sense that they were still loved and cared for despite their age and health limitations necessitated another type of mobility. What I missed the most about my stay at the Harlem Center For Nursing and Rehabilitation was my time doing physical exercises on their equipment with the very pleasant, highly knowledgeable, certifiably professional trainers. They were patient with me all of the residents no matter what their disabilities. They supported a woman who could barely walk and stand up. Then they had her get out of her wheelchair and take two tiny steps. Those two steps meant the world to her. It was as if she had just completed a ten-mile race, and she smiled as if she just had received an Olympic gold medal. As a member of The Abyssinian Baptist Church, the Bible teaches us to love and care for one another as we are all children of God. My time at the Harlem Center For Nursing and Rehabilitation reminded me of this God’s teachings every day and every time I watched their compassionate operations.
