I would like to express my disappointment with the level of professionalism exhibited by this temp agency. Over my 20 years of work experience, I have encountered various temp agencies, each with a structured application process and dedicated recruiters or job specialists. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency has been quite different. After submitting my application a month ago, I didn’t receive any response for a week. Concerned about the job opportunities, I took the initiative to call and inquire about my application status, speaking with the same receptionist each time. Despite my consistent efforts, I was repeatedly informed that someone would get back to me, but no one did. When I finally managed to speak with someone, it felt as if my eagerness to find employment was perceived as a nuisance. This is particularly disheartening, considering that the core purpose of a temp agency is to assist the unemployed in finding work. The lack of professionalism, horrid communication, and scarcity of job opportunities make me question the purpose of this agency’s existence. I believe it is crucial for temp agencies to prioritize effective communication and demonstrate professionalism throughout the recruitment process. It is my hope that this feedback will encourage improvements in their operations.”
