Ordered a necklace with pendant for my wife. When she opened it for her birthday, pendant was there, but no necklace. At first, Mejuri 'customer service' assured me it had been sent, that the items had been packed together. They had not been. After the accusatory phase ended, they agreed to send the missing necklace. After many days and multiple courier issues, the necklace arrived in a knotted mess. Two hours of meticulous untangling later, still unusable. So, think twice about online ordering from Mejuri - clearly they have fulfilment and quality control issues. UPDATE - Mejuri finally made good on all the problems.
