I am a certified personal trainer (NESTA) and nutrition and well-being consultant (AFPA). I have been a team player since 2002 in the ELEMENT OF SURPRISE Club, leading a group of approximately 60 individuals doing workouts. I've completed more than 100 races and completed the Blue Cross Broad Street Run Ten-Mile every year in Philadelphia since 1996. I serve on The Gymtime Foundation's Board of Trustees, which helps raise funds for children with various ailments.
