This company is dangerous!!! Stay away! We got an eight bedroom house. It came with an adorable Moana and Harry Potter room for the kids with bunk beds! My daughter cut her foot up with an 3 inch laceration in her sleep on a staple that the company left for the next kid.... Do not come to this house xxxxxx The manager came to the house to fix it and left all the other staple for the kids.... These people do not know how to supply a safe environment more kids. Please! Worst company to book through, I booked for the 10 bedroom princess experience they approved and took almost 3000 off my card and called and said they couldn't accommodate me but yet they still have my money!!!! Pathetic why take someone's money if you can't accommodate them. I have 7 kids I am raising alone we lost my husband and father to all 7 kids on Thanksgiving and I just wanted my kids to be happy and enjoy themselves but they scammed us.
