The store receives strong customer feedback, especially related to service from a variety of staff members. Many customers commend the store for its great discounts and vast and varied selection. Big, and the variety is impressive. They have many items, and even offer price matching. The store is accessible and the workers are nice; there is also very little wait at the checkout cashier and the sales are easy. The number of cashiers on hand and their speed handling checkout is usually decent too. A few customers had an extremely positive experience and recommended the store, but a few had a negative experience specifically based on their purchases. Most of the customers compliment existing and possible staff members for being polite. Which means staff do not question or obstruct when asked for a price check because of a recent price drop. A few customers had problem with purchase, and these problems were regarding transaction, and it can be extensively studied and addressed like issues of staff misunderstanding advertisements of items on promotion. Events have caused a few customers and some staff to have negative interactions, but event-related staffing problems have not occurred, and most customers have enjoyed interacting with other existining staff except when their price matching bounced in the middle of transaction. Some customers’ major problem was the price of the purchased items. The store always does not match price as advertised/unit price if Amazon and other competitors’ unit price is different. ** The store does not have profit margins. Many customers reported the majority of issues based on stores’ profit protection for example, the company is not capable of selling the firearm, counterfeits among others because some of the customers complained about not being able to get the cheaper item because they did not ask for price match at the time of purchase. Generally it is a good store and buying experience of customers is positive. Staff are always available to help customers. The staff are, however, used to a crystal clean environment with few customers bargaining, and during normal operations sales are always smooth so store can only say that there has been one number of small instances of issues. Customer services and how the store operates and understand that customers do not face real issues and these are easily manageable and it will have little effect on store operations.
