Having dedicated account specialists overseeing the entire installation and always available for inquiries. Most mentioned the price being economical, one client even got a refund of production loss. They were impressed with the speed in which SIF installed their solar panels and within a week of installing production was higher than consumption from the grid. However, there were very few expected issues and one that was not expected was a small hiccup in commissioning, the breaker had come loose and when a tech came to diagnose them they saw the issue, the panels would not come back up the issue was fixed within short notice and the client was on their way to energy independence. Clients reported savings after installing their solar panels for the month only a week later and included the great service and responsiveness of SIF. And most of the customers have recommended their salesperson such Chris or Brandon or Kiersten, to other residents.
