I went with this so called company because of the price. I had about 5/6 delayed reschedules. Not very professional Off the bat. Also They don’t validate their warranty, or the 100% satisfaction they so call “guarantee!” I had this company replace a windshield that a few weeks later started to leak. I had previously found a leak in the sunroof which was resolved before the windshield install. They came to “fix” their first mistake which was left visually unpleasant. The owner Guy Carroll avoided phone calls, phone messages, and text messages. He wasn’t man enough to answer. I then emailed him, and his excuse was to tell me it was not warranted through an email after I paid, the job was done, the leak had occurred, and not before. Not quite sure why anyone would hire/pay for this service if it isn’t warranted. His response to this will be “my staff told you it wasn’t warranted!” That never happened, there’s zero proof, and there’s nothing stating this. No email, no text, no paper to sign stating this. In the pictures he states this himself that they will not warranty it! It would have taken about 20 minutes to fix but You get what you pay for with this guy! Cheap isn’t always better. They have been sent a letter of intent to Pursue them through the courts. There’s a four year statute in Ohio for a breach of warranty, and up to $6k in damages through small claims.
