RLJ Management Company, Inc. is an Ohio company situated in Columbus, Ohio (Rljmgmt.com, n.d.). Its establishment dates back to 1984 when it commenced its management procedures. Since then, RLJ has been managing apartment properties that offer affordable housing programs.
