The Sears established the company because they felt that Columbus needed a heating and cooling company that could maintain comfort during cold winters and cool in the summer heat. The current owners were established in 1989 and have continued to offer customer-focused, family-friendly services for over 72 years. We are very proud of our success and have been blessed with an A+ rating from the BBB and Angie's List. As a family-owned business, we are a smart and straight-shooting company that avoids selling products and services that you do not need. Our Google overall rating is 4.9 based on over 1500 reviews! One particular customer found out that the company, not a friend, uses a ductless system in an upstairs area only a year after the system was installed.
