Serif Creative

Serif Creative began ten years ago at Doug Joseph's kitchen table as a video production company. Over time, Serif has redefined and pivoted towards a brand-content studio. The studio is built on three pillars: Story, Emotion, and Truth. Serif's core team is made up of elite filmmakers and creatives, with over 200 other active creatives in the studio at any given time. We have had the opportunity to collaborate with over 300 brands to bring their stories to life. And we have a blast doing it.

Doug is an excellent content creator. However, the company quickly focused on other creators in the establishment when it was new. For over a year, the customer was wrong, but as soon as the establishment formed and showed its professionalism, delivery of the content creation jobs was completed faster. Yet there was concern in case there was creator or assignee critique, as we would be counted back ward as far as rent was concerned. But, we enabled the development of all creators, which would increase the risk of over-concentration of the establishment's content creation skills. Nevertheless, if the company plans to hire content creators, it must manage all the remaining challenges as long with gaining the power willing to create more.
