Jamie Messenger joined Signature Carpet Care & Restoration in 2014. In 1999, he started his career in the service sector. Previous roles included various sales and operations management positions and a brief stint in property management. Jamie thinks that people should do what they say, whether they are clients, workers, vendors, or neighbors. Jamie decided to launch a company when he got the opportunity to do so. Jamie bought Signature Carpet Care and Restoration with his wife Cheryl in June 2017. Jamie wanted to start his firm from day one. One thing that irritated him was when managers failed to realize an employee's value. Jamie frequently recalls saying, "You can't buy someone's hand, but you can buy their heart."
