A B2B Solar contractor specializing in sub-contracting, design services, electrician, and roofer networks to help roofers and electricians install solar. They re-roofed the house and then installed the solar panels. Wise solar was very attentive to any questions and concerns we had during the process. After years in the solar industry, it is time for me to pass my knowledge on to others. The solar industry continues to grow and more installation capacity is needed everywhere. We are looking to train local roofers and electricians to install solar. We believe the way forward is to utilize local companies to take on the bulk of this workload.

This calculator sizes a solar system from your electricity use. Your monthly bill, divided by the average Oregon electricity price, gives your yearly use; Oregon's sunshine (1,121 kWh per kW of panels a year) then gives the system size that covers it, adjusted for roof direction and shade. The installed price is that size multiplied by the price per watt homeowners in Oregon pay installers. Payback compares that price with what the panels save at Oregon power prices, assuming prices rise 3% a year.
An estimate, not a quote. Roof size and pitch, shading, equipment, permits and the installer all change the final price; installers confirm it after a site visit.
